When you make a purchase from Justlulu the following will happen:
- You will receive email confirmation upon successful placement of your order.
You will receive email notification when the goods are dispatched. We aim to dispatch your item the next working day.
If you have selected to send your item as a gift it will be shipped without an invoice. Postage will be calculated automatically at the time of payment. The cost of postage is as follows
Small charm items and earrings = £1.50
Necklaces £2.50.
Multiple items will be automatically accounted for.
All items will be securely packaged and will be dispatched in perfect condition. Justlulu cannot be held responsible for damage or loss that occurs during transit. All Items are delivered by Royal Mail unless a request is made by email for another carrier to be used.
These terms and conditions cannot be varied except by changes made by
Justlulu on this site, which we may make from time to time.
In particular, nothing said by any representative of Justlulu will
operate as a variation to these terms and condition or constitutes a legal
representation on behalf of either of them.
RETURNS
If the items you have ordered are unsuitable you must inform us within five
days of receipt. Email our customer service louise@justlulu.co.uk
detailing reason for return, your item number and order number.
You will be issued with a return address upon acceptance of the return.
We will then be happy to make a refund/exchange providing the items are returned complete, in perfect condition and in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving your email confirmation of return acceptance.
Under no circumstance are we able to accept the return of earrings in compliance with current UK Health & Hygiene regulations. This does not affect your statutory rights.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to
arrange and pay for the return of the item/s to us. When returning items you
are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept
responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit. Upon receipt of items returned as faulty, Justlulu will arrange for an exchange. Justlulu's decision is final.

Quality - All our jewellery is handmade to a very high standard. Items cannot be compared to similar products found on the high street, as Justlulu designs are unique.
